Cars must be close to original production specification; run in ‘road-going’ trim, with wings and lights; and run on ordinary pump fuel. Some degree of modification is permitted, and Specials may be accepted at the specific invitation of Motor Racing Legends. All the famous pre-War marques are represented: Alfa Romeo, Alvis, Aston Martin, Bentley, Bugatti, Frazer Nash, Lagonda, MG, Riley, Talbot and a host of others.
The Pre-War Sports Car Series races are usually 40 or 45 minutes long, with compulsory pit stop and optional driver change. Two-driver entries are always encouraged, but certainly not mandatory.
