Following the announcement that the Autodromo International do Algarve will now be hosting a round of the 2020 Formula One World Championship on the last weekend of October, the Algarve Classic Festival will now take place on the weekend of November 6th, 7th & 8th.
We have raced in Portimao since it’s opening over ten years ago; we have watched closely as this fabulous circuit struggled through all manner of challenges in its early years. So despite the inconvenience, Paulo Pinheiro and his team at the AIA are to be heartily congratulated to be recognised at the highest echelons of our sport.
